Peak 180 – Group Class

A lot of people are heading to Flex on the Beach Saturday. The Oly class at 10 will be cancelled this week. Open gym will be until 10:30am.

Another CrossFit Open Test. This one is a test of your engine and pacing ability.

For time:

10 snatches

15 burpee box jump-overs

20 snatches

15 burpee box jump-overs

30 snatches

15 burpee box jump-overs

40 snatches

15 burpee box jump-overs

50 snatches

15 burpee box jump-overs

M: 50-lb. dumbbell / 24-in. box

F: 35-lb. dumbbell / 20-in. box

Time cap: 20 minutes
Try not to lead with your back with the large quantity of DB snatches and burpees. Focus on consistent movement in the burpee box jump vs trying to fly and having to take breaks. Breaks are the enemy here and its better to move at a slower pace and knock out the reps then to step away for a min to rest. No bathroom breaks!
