CrossFit workouts are constantly varied with functional movements executed at high intensity. Workouts are different each day you come in, helping you achieve consistent results. Our CrossFit classes include movements such as monostructural cardio machines (biking, rowing, skiing), jumping rope, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, bodyweight exercises, and more. We utilize barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, and boxes. CrossFit classes are an hour long and typically include a warm-up, skill or strength development session, and the workout of the day (“WOD”).
