Our CrossFit Kids program is designed for children ages 7-12 with the goal being to provide your child with an opportunity to be active and have fun simultaneously! Our CrossFit Kids coaches love guiding our younger community safely through movement and helping to teach how fitness can be a positive part of their lives!
Open Gym is a great opportunity for those whose schedules do not align with the Peak180 Athletics Class Schedule. It is also a fantastic option for any individuals who are following a more personalized training program, such as Olympic Weightlifters, Powerlifters, etc.

Nutrition plays an integral role in overall health. Working with our in-house nutrition coach, you can expect to learn about the foods you consume and how to fuel your body properly with the use of macronutrients and other key methods to help optimize your health.
