2-5 minutes of pistol squat/handstand walk practice

*Scale: handstand walk-bear crawl

pistol squats-lunges in place (forward)

*weather permitting: substitute handstand walk/bear crawl for 10 strict handstand push-ups or 10 hand release push-ups
