Snatch – Power Snatch, Medball Cleans, Goblet Squat
Goal: Round of 14 Snatches

*Make sure you scale if you have trouble with the Squat Snatch, which is a more technical movement.

20 Banded Goodornings

5/5 Single Leg Glute Bridges

*Rest 1:00 between each set
Using red band. Green band optional for GM’s. Avoid over-extension of low back, keep core tight.
