– 14 Russian KBS
All 3 movements should be completed in 2-3 mins. If you are not confident you can complete the bike in 1-1:15 then you should scale. We’re looking for a pace on the bike that is FASTER than last weeks Capacity WOD(65+RPM), since we have to get the work done before the next round begins. Barbell can be Touch n’ Go or quick singles.

You should have at least 1 min of rest each round. The faster you move, the more rest you get.
