The 5AM Class will be cancelled today. The day will start with the 6:15AM Class.

Deadlift

C2B Pull-Ups

Goal:

4-6 Rounds

The weight for the Deadlift should be moderately heavy BUT we should aim to be able to do the 5 reps unbroken each round.

Since this is a relatively longer AMRAP and higher reps for the Box Jumps, we recommend that it may be more beneficial for most of us to step down. Instead of bounding or jumping down.
