@ 55-60% of 1RM

Unbroken and TnG. At same or slightly higher weight than previous weeks. Build to weight before beginning clock. Let’s try to work with mixed grip today. We’ve seen some of you use the double overhand grip. The mixed grip will help us in the long run and save our grip on workouts with deadlifts.
