Box Jumps

– Plate Box Jumps

– Reps (6-8)

– Pike HSPU

– Seated DB Press (2 DBs)

Deadlifts

– Weight (50-55%)
Record your slowest round of each couplet.

Finish each couplet with about :45-1:00 of rest each round.

Today will flow like this:

Round 1 you will complete the Rope Climbs & Box Jumps (hoping to finish in about 1:00). Then Round 2, you will complete the Deadlifts and HSPU (same as above). Continuing this pattern and alternating couplets for a total of 8 Rounds (4 each).

We may flop you guys depending on the size of the class. So, some of you might start your first round on the Deadlifts & HSPU and vice versa.
