Odd: 50 Double Unders or 100 Singles

Even: Max Bench Press

EMOM x 10

Odd: 8 Single Arm Devil’s Press

Even: Max L-Sit Hold or Knee Raise Hold or Hollow Hold

EMOM x 10

Odd: 12-15 Cal Bike

Even: Max KB Wall Sit Hold

*3-4 min transition between each

*For the Bench, choose a weight you can complete 10-12 reps max fresh. For the KB 35/26

*Make sure transitions back and forth are quick so you get the allotted work done in the odd minutes….

Goal:

Bench: 45-60 reps with right weight

Hold: 30+ on the L-Sit, :40+ on the Wallsit
