Odd: 12-15 Cal Bike
Even: Max KB Wall Sit Hold

*Make sure transitions back and forth are quick so you get the allotted work done in the odd minutes….
Goal:
Bench: 45-60 reps with right weight
Hold: 30+ on the L-Sit, :40+ on the Wallsit
