20 Min AMRAP:

5 Deadlifts

5 Hang Power Cleans

5 Front Squats

5 Push Press

5 Back Squat

RX: 115/75

Scaled 75/55

*Try and go unbroken (as long as you can) once you begin the Hang Power Cleans otherwise you are just doing extra deadlifts…

If you have trouble with the transfer of the barbell from Push Press to Back Squats, repeat the front squat.

You can also scale with DB’s
