This is a test for us! And we will be using this going forward for our next cycle. Choose a weight (55-60%) that you can move well under fatigue. Be smart, try not to have a staring contest wit the barbell. 5 minutes will be a long time with just one movement. Set a pace from the start and trty to hold it!
