Peak 180 – Peak Class Workout

We are going to conduct most the workout in the parking lot so please bring a mat or towel or something to perform the burpees and devil’s press on. The last component will be inside for the pull-ups.


Metcon (Time)

Peak 180 “1776 WOD”

1 Round:

800m Run (together)

80 DB Clean & Jerks

80 Air Squats

*Split reps evenly, run together. 10 reps at a time on the DB C&J, 5R/5L

7 Rounds (each):

6 DB Goblet Squat

6 Burpees

*Each partner completes 7 rounds, “You go, I go” for full round

7 Rounds (each):

8 Single Arm Devils Press

*Each Partner completes 8 reps

6 Rounds (as an individuals):

100m Run

8 Pull-ups
