Peak 180 – Peak Class Workout

We are starting a new cycle next week, so we will be testing our 1RM in the Back Squat and Shoulder Press this week. Retest will be at the end of the cycle in Week 5.

20 minutes to find your 1RM Back Squat.

Suggested Rep Scheme:

5 @ 65% (light-mod)

3 @ 75%

1 @ 80%

1 @ 85% (mod heavy) 1 @ 90%

1 @ 95%

1 @ 100%+ (max)

*Take 6-8 sets to find a max for the day.
