Peak 180 – Peak Class Workout

Strength

Back Squat (5×5)

5 Sets of 5 reps with a 0:03 eccentric

*Build each set, start at a light to moderate weight (45-50% of 1RM)

Start of a tempo Back Squat cycle. Very important that you stick to the tempo and not get too focused on the weight. Quality movement and tempo are primary over weight.

*Increase WB+DL by 5 Reps each round. (10-15-20-25…etc)
