5 Reps @ 65%

5 Reps @ 75%

5 Reps @ 85%

EMOM x 4

1) 15/12 Cal Row

2) 10 DB DL + 10 DB PC

3) Max Wallball

4) Rest

EMOM x 4

1) 20 Wallball

2) 10 DB DL + 10 DB PC

3) Max Cal Row

4) Rest

RX: 50/35, 20/14

*Repeat each EMOM

Goal: 70+ reps
If you fall behind on the DB movements, lower to 8 reps each also scale the Wallball to 15 reps on the second EMOM.
