20 Rep Back Squat (Week 1)

*Start of 5 weeks of 20 rep test, starting this cycle at 50-55% of 1RM, but warm-up sets can go past that % to make the weight feel light. Build to heavy 2-3 reps then de-load to the weight for the 20 rep.
