Monday’s are for squats! Let’s start the week strong.

Live Zoom Classes at 9:30am and 6:00pm on Monday

Link will be sent 20 minutes prior to each class to login. We highly recommend using a computer if accessible for the zoom application. You will be able to see all the participants in the class.

If you haven’t yet emailed [email protected] or replied on FB Member’s only page that you wish to participant in the Team Series, please do so before the 12pm deadline tomorrow.

Warm-up

Metcon (No Measure)

3 Rounds:

5/5 Rocking adductor stretch

0:20 deep squat hold

5/5 Single leg flute bridges

5 Air Squats

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM until failure

Min 1: 10 Air Squats

Min 2: 12 Air Squats

Min 3: 14 Air Squats

And so on….until you reach the point where you are unable o finish “x” number of squats within the minute.

Score = total reps in completed rounds. The round you fail, those reps don’t count towards your score.

RX+ Vest 20/14
For example, if you complete 10/12/14 reps but fail in round of 16, your score is 36. You will go much further, just an example
