Let’s start the week with a real test! If your in the “Quaranteam Series” (credit: Yamille), then this is Workout #1. As per the rules, this workout can be done anytime (and multiple times if your crazy), as long as the score is submitted on wodify before 8pm Friday. Make sure if you don’t do it Monday, you still submit your score under Monday’s wodify performance. Remember, bonus points if you do it live with your teammates and tag Peak180 on instgram so we can award you the points!
