Peak 180 – Group Class

Last week we mentioned we are expanding our programming to provide WOD’s for those of us who have DB/KB as well as Barbells. Feel free to reach out to any coach to ask for modifications to any workouts we post. Don’t forget, the Zoom Individual Challenge commences this week. Details were provided on the FB Members page.

KB = Kettlebell

There will also be a “Capacity” on certain days to expand on our cardio capacity.

AMRAP x 5 Min

30 Reverse Lunges

15 Sit-ups

15 Push-ups

Rest 2 min…and repeat the same AMRAP
Record your reps in each AMRAP. THe Reverse Lunges are alternating on each rep, so 15R and 15L total.

Barbell

10 Lateral Burpees over Bar

If you lack the space, scale with regular burpees
