Strength

Front Squat (3×8)

Spend first 4-5 minutes building to a 60% of your 1RM. All 3 sets are at the same weight. Rest at least 2 minutes between each working set.

20 Box Jumps

RX: (165/115), (24/20)

Scale:

Power Cleans – Hang Power Clean or weight

Box Jumps – Height or Step-ups
Goal: Finish under 13 min time cap.
