Strength

Front Squat (4 Sets x 5 Reps)

All sets completed at 75%.

Build to weight before starting.

Metcon

Metcon (6 Rounds for weight)

Every 3:00 x 6 Rounds:

10 Burpees

3 Power Snatches

*Start @ 50% and build.

RX+ 15 Burpees

Scaling:

Burpees – Kick Backs

Power Snatch – Hang Power Snatch

Let’s start at a light-moderate load that we may be able to do touch and go when fresh and then build over the 6 sets. Reps may end up being singles toward the last few rounds, which is fine. We’re expecting about 1-1:30 of work and any remaining time is earned rest in each 3:00 window.
