1) 6-8 Strict Pull-Ups

2) 6 Strict Press (Building)

3) 15/12 Cal Row Sprint

4) Rest

Scaling:

Pull-Ups – Banded

– Ring Rows

Row – 12/9 Cals
The barbell will be taken from the ground. So we will clean it on the first rep and then perform the 6 Strict Presses.

You have a minute of rest after the rower.. so SEND IT!

Side note:

Only scale the row, if you CANNOT complete 15/12 Calories in :45 or less.
