Peak 180 – Peak Class Workout

Strength

Back Squat (5 Sets x 4 Reps)

Rest 1-2 Mins Between Sets.

All 5 sets completed @ 55-60% of 1RM Back Squat(Moderate Loading).

This is a “maintenance” Back Squat day. Last week we had our Front Squat 1RM test and we saw a ton of PR’s! This week we wanted to hit some lighter weight Back Squats to continue to maintain the strength we’ve gained over the past 6 weeks. Quality over quantity here!

Goal:

8-12 Mins

Shoot for unbroken sets on the Wallballs and solid reps on the Squat Cleans.

This should be a moderately heavy barbell. To put it into perspective, lets try to use a weight that’s around 65-70% of your 1RM Squat Clean.
