Shoot for a smooth and consistent pace throughout on the row. Approach it as if you will be rowing for 7+ minutes straight.

Use a DB weight you can do all 10 Devil’s Press unbroken with since the Row is the main focus.

Use a single DB holding with both hands. Preferably same one used in the WOD. Use a load where you can control with the :03 eccentric.
