“Working Murph”

In Teams of 2:

1 mile run (400m intervals)

200 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

200 Wallball

1 mile run (400m intervals)

RX: 20/14

*Only one person working at a time

*You can break the pull-ups, push-ups and wall ball into 10 rounds of 10 reps each or 20 rounds of 5 reps each
Scale reps if needed, so maybe for example 600m runs in 100m intervals and 100 reps of each movement in between the running.
