Back Squat (5×5)

Normal tempo with explosiveness out of the bottom position. Building each set towards a heavy 5 reps. Rest at least 2 min between sets.

When you finish 60 Thrusters, rest 2 min….then:

50 Burpees for time

*Scored time will be when you finish the 50 Burpees
