-Build to Moderate Load (70-75% 1RM Snatch)-
Record final weight.

Keep vertical torso on dip of push press and make sure to maintain the tension throughout the pause in the OHS.

6-8 Sets:

1 Snatch High Pull

+

1 Hang Snatch(Below Knee)

+

1 Overhead Squat

-Build To Heavy For The Day-
Record final weight.

Elbows high and outside on the high pull (full extension).
