5 Sets:

3 SLOW Snatch High Pulls

*Staying withing the 65-75% range for these.

*:02 – :03 to the knee/low thigh and then speed up into extension with high elbows.

*Rest 1:30-2:00 between sets.
We are still focusing on staying patient and staying over the bar a bit longer and extending VERTICALLY! Then we will finish with our elbows high and outside. Technique, technique, technique.

6-8 Sets:

2 Low Hang Power Snatches

*Start at 65-70% and build.

*Below the knee = Low Hang.

*Rest 1:30-2:00 between sets.
For the Low Hang, we will be standing the barbell up to the hip, then lowering it down to below the knee, then performing the rep. Try to hold on to the barbell for both reps. If you have to drop. that’s fine.
