We are starting a cycle that will begin with more of the technical aspects of the Snatch to start. We will be breaking it up into positions, overhead squats and more. Stay tuned for some strength gains!

* pauses will be:

:02 at the knee

5-6 Sets:

2 Power Snatches w/ Pause

*Start at 65% and build to moderate.
