Peak 180 – Peak Open Gym

We are programming additional work to compliment both the day of and the following days workouts. In open gym you can work on any strength, skill or conditioning you choose, but this programming gives you some framework if you need direction. The coaches are always around to help on form and technique as well with these movements.


Pick one or both of the Strength comnponents:

Metcon (No Measure)

A. E90s x 5 Rounds

5 Push Jerks (taken from the rack)


B. Tempo Clean Grip Sumo Deadlift

4 Sets of 5 reps (control – 3 sec up and 3 seconds down)

@50% of 1RM Deadlift


Metcon (No Measure)

C. EMOM x 12

Min 1) 40 Double Unders

Min 2) 15 Heavy Russian Swings

Min 3) 10 Dips (or bench dips)
