Teams of 3:

Complete in any order….

3 mile run

150 Pull-ups

300 Push-ups

450 Air Squats

Split reps evenly and in any order. Example would be 10 rounds of 15 Pull-ups, 30 Push-ups and 45 Air Squats. You can run in any interval, 1-mile, 800m, 400m, 200m, 100m.

1.5mile Run

75 Pull-ups

150 Push-ups

225 Air Squats

*While there remains running, two partners are working at once, one running and the other two inside are chipping away at the pull-ups, push-ups and air squats (with only one of the partners inside working at a time). Once the run is complete, only 1 partner working at a time to complete the remaining reps.
