If Group Classes are not your jam, we are happy to offer 1 on 1 sessions with one of our in-house personal trainers. Personal trainers are prepared to create an individualized program catered to your specific needs and goals. Personal training sessions are 45 minutes to one hour in duration. During this time, your trainer will be focused entirely on you, guiding you through each exercise. The number of sessions per week is determined by your availability with consideration to your goals.
