James is a coach at Peak 180. James had been involved in array of sports throughout his life through high school and college, including soccer, football, basketball, baseball, and weightlifting. James had let his fitness get away from him after college, slowly becoming overweight with high blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
James decided to take his life back into his hands and got into CrossFit in September of 2016. Along with a drastic change in his diet, CrossFit had altered his future forever, shedding 50 pounds of body fat. James has gone on to obtain his CF-L1 Certification and has found a passion for fitness, coaching, and has become a fierce competitor in the sport of CrossFit.
