10 Pistols (alternating)

Pistols – 20 Alternating Leg Body Weight Forward Lunge

RX+ Vest

*Partner A completes a full round while Partner B rests. So A does 10 Burpees into 10 Pistols (or 20 Lunges), then Partner B does their full round. This is done until 20 rounds are complete (10 rounds each).

*Individual Version of the WOD is 10 Rounds. Indicate in notes if completed as Team or Individual.
