1 Mile Run “Buy-In”

then…

6 Rounds of:

5 SA DB Thrusters (Right, Partner 1)

5 SA DB S2OH (R, P1)

6 SA DB Reverse Lunges (R, P1)

*then Partner 2 completes same complex. Partner 1 then starts complex on the Left and then Partner 2. Each partner completes the complex on each side for 6 Rounds.

*Partners perform 30 Synchro Air Squats after every 2 rounds.
