then Partner B Completes:

*Switch arms every round

**Dumbell “DT”

12 Deadlifts

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Push Jerks

*After 12 minutes there will be a 4 minute rest period. Clean your equipment and switch spots with your partner. At minute 16 another 12 minute AMRAP will commence.
