*Partner A chips away at the Air Squats/Sit-Ups while Partner B is on a 200m Run.

Once your partner gets back from the run, you will switch and so on and so forth until you accumulate the 200 reps of each movement.
You will complete ALL 200 Air Squats before you complete the 200 Sit-Ups.
