*After 4:00, each partner completes max reps of:

B. Burpees

The score of each round is the total reps of the DB work and then the 1 min of max Cal Row or Burpees. Alternate rounds with your partner between the Row and Burpees.

*2:30 rest after the completion of the 5:00 AMRAP
