We’re using this as a primer to set us up for success in our main focus of Part B. The High Hang Muscle Clean is to help us focus on aggressive hip drive and quick barbell turnover. Then with the Press in Split, this helps us get stronger and more comfortable in the Split Position.

We’re building to a heavy for the day. Let’s really focus on the footwork in the Split Jerk and the timing of the feet landing and arms locking out.
