You go, I go style until the synchronized portion. Let’s aim to complete each single round in about 1:00 or less. Sprint the Bike!

The workout will flow like this:

P1 does 1 round of the Bike & DB Snatches then P2 does 1 round of the Front Squats & Push-Ups. You will continue this pattern until you finish 5 rounds EACH. Then you will rest and switch stations (P1 goes to Front Squats & Push-Ups, P2 goes to Bike & DB Snatch). Once you complete 5 rounds EACH, you will rest and then complete the synchro portion together.
