40 dumbbell hang clean and jerks (20 each)

100 lateral burpees over weight (50 each)

*Entire workout is “you go, I go” . One partner works while other rests. Split up reps however.

*For dumbbell hang C&J, perform in sets of 5 on each arm

*No dumbbell? substitute for American kettlebell swings or plate ground to overhead
