Peak 180 – Group Class

The workout will be taking place at 8:15 at the following address:

*Oly class/Open Gym will be taking place at 10am at Peak 180

Complete for time (35 min time cap):

Teams of 4:

400m Run w/ medball (20/14 or 15lb plate)

right into…

2 Rounds of:

50 Air Squats

45 Plate G2OH (35/15)

40 yd DB Lunge (50/35/body weight)

35 Push-ups

then…

15 synchro burpees

Right into…

400m Run w/ medball
The 2 rounds portion of the workout is donw “waterfall” style where as soon as one team member completes the 50 air squats, the next member starts their air squats and each member must wait until member in front is done with their movement.
