Every 3 min x 4 Rounds

15 Swings

15 Pull-ups

50 Double Unders


max Reps of:

Rd 1) Burpees

Rd 2) TTB

Rd 3) Push-ups

Rd 4) Abmat Sit-ups

Rest 2 min between rounds

Scale: Double Unders with either 100 singles or 30 DB Hop Overs

Scale: Pull-ups with Ring Rows or Banded Pull-ups
Scale reps for at least 1 minute of work in the max reps

Active Recovery
