Min 4) 6-8 shspu or pike hs box walk arounds (half way around right and then back left)

Min 5) Rest

*either double unders or line hops, no single unders today

*Box step ups, kb on same side as the leg doing step ups, so 4 right leg and right shoulder rack, then 4 left…
