Every 5 Minutes x 5 Rounds (25 Minutes)

200 Meter KB Suitcase Carry

400 Meter Run

*Perform carry in 100m increments, 100m R then 100m L)

*Use a DB if you can’t find right KB weight. Weight should be heavy enough that you can still keep your core tight and can be maintained during carry.
Goal: 3:30 – 4:30 per round. Scale Run if needed, we want closer to 1 min rest between rounds.
