1) Max DB Hang Squat Cleans (35/25)

2) Max Cal Bike or Row

3) Max Medball Cleans (20/14)

1:00 transition

4) Max Medball Sit-ups (20/14)

*Each movement done as full Tabata…be ready to move to next exercise
Use core on medball sit-ups and decrease weight of medball if you are recruiting too much shoulder.
