10 DB Step-ups (50/35)

6 khspu

*inceasing air squats and DB Step-ups by 2 reps each round, so 12/12/6, 14/14/6….

*alternating each step on the box step ups

-use lower box and less weight or body weight.

-8 Push-ups or 1-2 wall walks for khspu
