You will have the option tomorrow of running outside. Wear appropriate clothes if you plan to run outside. Other options are comparable movements to the run.

Rd 2: 155/105

Rd 3: 185/125

Rd 4: 205/145

*It will be a bit cold to run outside so bundle up if you plan to go RX. You can sub the run for the following options:

1) 300m Run on Air Runner

2) 400m Row

3) 20/15 Cal Bike

Fitness (alternative to Performance)

5 Rounds:

10/8 Cal Bike

10 DB Push Press (40/30)

10 H.R. Push-ups

20 Sit-ups
