Each round “Buy-in”

alternate between 250m Row and 15/10 Cal Bike

then…

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

Scale:

Row or Bike for 1 minute

then…

3 Pull-ups

6 Push-ups

10-12 Squats

Goal should be to complete as many of the rounds as possible. Try not to fail any rounds even with the scaling
